What is Inner Cargo Service?
Inner Cargo Service is a service where we load spare parts into the vehicle purchased from us before shipment. This service is only available for container shipping and cannot be used for Ro/Ro shipping.
What types of car spare parts do you sell?
We specialize in car spare parts for a wide range of Japanese car brand models, includes:

• Engines (both used and reconditioned)
• Transmissions and Gearboxes
• Suspension Components
• Electrical Parts (starters, alternators, etc.)
• Body Panels (doors, bumpers, fenders, etc.)
• Braking Systems (discs, calipers, pads, etc.)

If you're looking for a specific part, whether new or used, feel free to contact us, and we'll help you find it.
Can I request a part that’s not listed on your website?
Yes, you can request a part that’s not listed on our website!
If you need a specific part that isn't currently available in our inventory, just let us know the details, including the part number, make, model, and any other specifications.
We will do our best to source it for you directly from our partners.
Are the parts new or used?
We primarily list used and reconditioned car parts that are carefully inspected to ensure quality and performance.
This allows us to offer reliable components at affordable prices.
If you have specific requirements for brand new parts, let us know, and we’ll help you find the best fit for your needs.
How can I find the right part for my car?
To help you find the right part for your car, we offer two search options.

(1) Filter-Based Search
• Vehicle Make and Model (e.g. Toyota Hilux)
• Model Number (e.g. 3DF-GUN125)
• Year
• Parts Category (e.g. Body Parts, Lightings, Interior Parts, etc.)

How do I place an order?
Placing order is very easy!

Can I make a payment for both cars and parts at the same time?
No, the bank accounts for car payments and parts payments are different.
Please check the bank details listed on the invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

PayPal
For fast and secure transactions online.
We will send you a payment link via email for PayPal after you place an order.
Immediate payment is available.

Bank Transfer
Secure and direct transfer to our company’s account.
Please send a TT copy within 2 days after placing your order.
Note: the bank account for car payments is different
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
If you cancel invoice before making the payment, 10,000 yen will be charged as cancellation penalty.
You cannot cancel after making the payment.
Do you sell genuine parts or aftermarket parts?
All used parts are genuine parts and high-quality, still we do offer OEM reliable alternatives that may offer additional savings without compromising on quality.
Let us know, and we’ll assist you in choosing the best option for your needs.
Do you provide guidance for fitting or compatibility?
We do not provide compatibility checks for parts.
We recommend that customers confirm compatibility independently, either by consulting with a professional mechanic or by verifying the part specifications with the manufacturer.
What are the shipping charges?
No shipping charge will apply for Inner Cargo Service.
When using EMS, the shipping charge depends on the destination, weight, and size.
Before you place an order, you can check the delivery charge, but for some countries you need to contact your sales in charge.
Do you deliver the parts by courier services?
The most commonly used option by our customers is the Inner Cargo Service.
If it is not available, the second option is EMS.
Of course, other services such as DHL and FedEx are also available.
Do you provide installation services?
Currently, we do not provide installation services.
We are thinking to provide the service in the future, so please stay updated.
Do you offer warranties on your parts?
Yes, we offer warranties on our parts!
